Inside the helmet process
Follow the stages from EPS material and shell finishing to assembly and packing.
Small expandable polystyrene beads begin the process of making the helmet’s energy-managing liner.
The EPS is processed and formed into the protective liner shape. The exact geometry changes with the helmet design.
The outer shell is released from an injection mould before finishing, graphics and assembly.
Colour and graphics are applied in separate stages.
Padding, straps, fit components and the finished shell come together through careful assembly.
Watch the test and conditioning equipment used to examine helmet construction.
Finished items are prepared and packed.
Inside scooter assembly
Follow scooter assembly from component checks and steering work to wheel fitting, final alignment and packing.
Explore kick scootersThe frame and fork assembly is handled and checked before the build moves forward.
Handle and steering components are fitted and fastened at the workbench.
Wheel and hub components are assembled by hand before joining the scooter.
The prepared wheel is positioned on the scooter and secured at the workbench.
The assembled scooter is brought upright for final fitting and alignment.
The folded scooter and protective inserts are placed into its retail carton for dispatch.
